i tried this for the first time when my aunt adapted some recipe she’s seen on the tv. super easy to make, it’s a great alternative to the plain boring boiled or steamed green beans. i would have never thought cumin would go so well with green beans until i tried – what a pleasant surprise! plus, the oven baking part with the cheese makes all the difference.
