Minions cake for Simon’s birthday

I bet whoever’s seen the film Despicable Me want a few of these cheeky minions for their own. I personally would like them to make me a unicorn from a toilet brush

Simon’s one of us, his favorite film is Despicable Me and he absolutely *loves* the minions. Months before his birthday, he asked me to make him a minions cake for his birthday and I gladly agreed to… Oh I loved making these little dudes! I made them with added tylo powder to the sugarpaste to make it dry hard so he could keep them afterwards (and he does!).

It’s 4 layers of vanilla bean sponge filled with cream cheese icing, covered with vanilla sugarpaste and topped with three cheeky minions
